The Global Talent Co. is seeking a German-speaking telesales agent for a fully remote role, operating 9:00-17:00 CET on weekdays to reach self-employed agents, financial brokers, and real estate professionals.

You will join a fast-growing European clean energy company, helping homeowners switch to solar and heat pump solutions while contributing to growth across Germany. Strong German, outbound sales, and CRM discipline are essential.

Qualifications

Fluent German is a must, all calls conducted in German.
Proven outbound sales / telesales experience in B2B contexts.
Comfortable with CRM documentation and data quality standards.

Responsibilities

Run high‑volume outbound calls to German-speaking agents, brokers, and professionals.
Pitch the partnership model clearly and handle objections in real time.
Qualify interest and move prospects to the next step in the process.
Work toward clear monthly call and conversion targets.
Log call outcomes and next steps accurately in the CRM.
Share patterns and insights from calls with the team.
Follow data protection, compliance, and call guidelines at all times.
