Best Service Team (BST) invites you to join as an Outbound Call Sales Agent focused on the German market. Work from home, engage with potential clients, and present our B2B solutions with enthusiasm.

You will build relationships, maintain records in our CRM, collaborate with teammates, and continually sharpen your product knowledge through training. Fluent German and English are required, with a results-driven mindset and strong communication.

• Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Connector: Make outbound calls to prospects in Germany, introducing our offerings with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• The Closer: Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions that resonate with them.
• The Record Keeper: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• The Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and improve sales strategies.
• The Learner: Participate in ongoing training opportunities to refine your knowledge about our products and sales techniques.
