Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is recruiting a German Speaking iRobot Support Specialist to provide technical assistance for German-speaking customers in Bulgaria. You will troubleshoot connectivity, software updates, and hardware issues while documenting interactions in our CRM and collaborating with international teams.

Fluency in German is mandatory, with strong English for internal training. A valid EU passport is required, and relocation to Sofia will be supported.

Qualifications

Native or fluent German is mandatory.
EU passport holder required.
Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria.
Strong troubleshooting aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication in German and business English for training.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality technical support to German-speaking customers for iRobot devices.
Troubleshoot connectivity, software updates, and hardware issues.
Document all interactions and solutions in the CRM accurately.
Collaborate with international teams on escalations and product knowledge.
Stay updated on consumer electronics trends and product specs.
Suggest process improvements based on common challenges.
