Pineca Group in the EU is seeking an inbound sales representative who speaks German to convert inquiries into sales for our range of customizable wooden buildings. This fully remote, EU-based role requires consultative B2C sales, strong English skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries with speed and care.

You will work with architects and the factory to ensure accurate solutions and on-time delivery, while contributing to top-tier customer support.

Qualifications

• German fluency (C1+) and English communication skills (C1+).
• Experience in active B2C sales.
• CRM experience with modern sales tools.
• Experience selling high-value or customizable products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound inquiries into sales with no cold outreach.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Support customers through post-order process to delivery.
• Collaborate with architects and factory to ensure smooth production and delivery.
• Share knowledge with the team and improve sales practices.
