Job summary

Navan is seeking an experienced Global Operations and Service professional to support travelers across multiple channels. You will manage bookings, analyze needs, and provide expert information on hotels, flights, cars, and trains while advocating for customer satisfaction and platform improvements.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams, adherence to policies, and meeting performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing bookings for corporate and leisure travelers.
• 3+ years advanced Sabre or Amadeus GDS experience (ticketing, reissues, voids, cancellations, EMD and MCO issuance/reissuance, PNR management) is mandatory.
• Experience with ARC and BSP markets.
• In-depth knowledge of complex itineraries, air fares and fare construction calculations.
• Experience with NDC and low-cost carriers a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German fluency mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist travelers with best-in-class travel support through chat, call and email.
• Maintain extensive supplier, destination and system knowledge.
• Analyze customer needs and urgency to provide accurate information.
• Support users with self-service on Navan platform and app.
• Respond to customers within SLA expectations.
• Provide regular feedback to stakeholders on key processes.
