Role Overview

Testing software that saves lives. Join the Quality Management team at Epic and become the last line of defense for software that impacts the lives of 305 million people worldwide. As a Quality Manager, you'll collaborate closely with developers, crafting intuitive tools for health organizations, testing new features, uncovering bugs in our software, and overall making our software a joy to use.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply extensive language skills to prepare technical documentation, training materials, and other written materials related to Epic's software.
• Contribute to localization efforts, quality assurance, and maintaining consistent technical terminology for our German-speaking healthcare clients.
• Work closely with implementation, technical support, and sales teams to produce innovative software solutions.
• Test the limits of our software for the most innovative health systems on the planet.

Minimum Requirements

• Relocation to Madison, WI (reimbursed).
• Excellent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience translating from American English into German is strongly preferred.
• Ability to maintain appropriate feeling, tone, and style in translations.
• Knowledge of Epic software is not required; training will be provided.
• COVID-19 vaccination.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship (persons with appropriate qualifications and eligible for TN status under NAFTA may apply).
