Wordly is seeking an Onboarding Specialist who speaks German and English to help drive customer success by guiding new clients through implementation of Wordly solutions. You will be the primary contact during the critical onboarding phase, building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth start.

Reporting to the Director of Client Success & Support, you will train customers, answer questions via video and email, and coordinate with product and support teams.

Qualifications

• Experience onboarding customers and software integration.
• Ability to train customers and present to groups virtually.
• Strong English skills; comfortable delivering training in German.
• CRM familiarity and cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own the onboarding process and set up timelines.
• Lead onboarding kick-offs, workshops, and escalation calls.
• Provide training and coaching to customers on the platform.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.
• Act as customer advocate and feedback loop.
