Job summary

speakit in Athens is seeking a German Team Leader to guide the customer support function and set the standard for how we interact with courier partners, customers and merchants.

You will lead by example, communicate effectively in German, and manage multiple conversations with excellent prioritization. A relocation to Athens and EU passport are required; English basics are a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German; basic English is an asset, not required.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens and work in shifts.

What you'll be doing

• Leading by example and showing what customer-obsessed means. Our Customer Support-Team knows that customer interactions serve a larger purpose than simply fixing problems. You will lead by example and raise the bar for the way we do support.
• Communicating: Understanding and setting the needs and relevant tone of voice to each of our customers (courier partners, customers, and merchants) that are reaching out to us.
• Getting stuff done

• Fluent in German, basic knowledge of English would be considered an asset; not required though
• Previous experience at a similar role
• Flexibility to work in shifts (no night shifts)
• You are located in Athens or willing to relocate to Athens
• EU Passport
• Multitasking is your strong suit and you're prepared to manage multiple incoming interactions simultaneously and effortlessly determine which take priority
