Mascmedical is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our Port Orange outpatient clinic. This full-time role focuses on geriatric-focused, value-based care for an established patient panel.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no weekends or hospital rounds, and a supportive multidisciplinary team. Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license and DEA registration.
• Minimum 3 years outpatient primary care experience.
• Strong clinical judgment with preventive, longitudinal care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-based, patient-first care approach.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings with a focus on early intervention.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for a predominantly geriatric population.
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners, care coordinators, and support staff for seamless, patient-centered care.
• Utilize EHR to document encounters and track outcomes.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and a culture of continuous care enhancement.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention and treatment plans.
