Job summary

Mascmedical in Winter Park, FL seeks a compassionate Primary Care Physician for outpatient geriatrics to deliver value-based care to an established geriatric panel. The role emphasizes preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and building long-term patient relationships in a 100% outpatient setting.

The position offers a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with a competitive base salary plus production-based bonus, sign-on, relocation assistance, malpractice coverage, CME allowance,

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active, FL license.
• Current DEA registration.
• At least 3 years of experience in Outpatient Primary Care.
• Strong clinical judgment with a focus on preventive and longitudinal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings with a focus on early intervention.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for a predominantly geriatric population.
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners, care coordinators, and support staff for seamless, patient-centered care.
• Utilize EHR to document encounters and track patient outcomes.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous care enhancement.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention and treatment plans.
