Job summary

MASC Medical Recruitment Firm is seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician for a full-time, outpatient geriatrics-focused role in Florida (Ocala area). Provide comprehensive primary care with preventive and chronic disease management, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a 100% outpatient setting, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend rounds.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Subspecialty: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Active FL medical license and current DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for a geriatric outpatient panel.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings.
• Develop individualized care plans for elderly patients.
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners, care coordinators, and staff.
• Document encounters in EHR and track patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention and lifestyle.
