Job summary

Mascmedical in Leesburg, FL seeks a compassionate Primary Care Physician to deliver high-quality outpatient geriatrics-focused care. You will build long-term patient relationships, emphasize preventive medicine, and manage chronic diseases in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, plus a competitive base salary with production-based bonus, sign-on and relocation support, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and employer 401(k)

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Active Florida license and DEA registration.
• At least 3 years of outpatient primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for a geriatric outpatient panel.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings.
• Develop individualized care plans for elderly patients.
• Collaborate with nurses, care coordinators, and staff for coordinated care.
• Utilize EHRs to document encounters and track outcomes.
• Engage in quality improvement and patient education.
