Job summary

Mascmedical is seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician to deliver high-quality, value-based care to a geriatric outpatient panel. The role emphasizes preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships in a supportive outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine specialization.
• Active Florida license.
• Current DEA registration.
• At least 3 years of outpatient primary care experience.
• Strong clinical judgment with preventive and longitudinal care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to a team-based, patient-first care model.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for acute and chronic conditions.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with nurses, care coordinators, and staff for patient-centered care.
• Use EHRs to document encounters and track outcomes.
• Engage in quality improvement and care enhancement.
• Educate patients and families on prevention and healthy lifestyles.
