Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and board certification in relevant specialties.
• Current unrestricted medical license in the state of employment; DEA license.
• Proficiency with EMR systems; ability to travel between facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.
• Collaborate with APPs to manage complex visits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor APPs and advocate for residents’ needs.
• Close quality gaps and drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Represent Curana Health’s mission and values as a clinical leader.
