Job summary

Mascmedical in Winter Garden, FL, is seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our outpatient geriatric-focused team. You will deliver preventive and chronic care, build long-term patient relationships, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a value-based care model.

You will document encounters in the EHR, engage in quality improvement, and educate patients and families on prevention and health maintenance. Weekday schedule with no weekends or hospital rounds.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active Florida medical license is required.
• Current DEA registration.
• At least 3 years of outpatient primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners, care coordinators, and staff for patient-centered care.
• Utilize EHR to document encounters and track outcomes.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and patient education.
