Job summary

Mascmedical in Vero Beach, FL is seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician or Mid-level Practitioner for a full-time, outpatient role focused on geriatric patients. The position emphasizes preventive care, chronic disease management, and building long-term patient relationships in a supportive team-based environment.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, use EHRs to track outcomes, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• ARNP or PA-C certification.
• Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine focus.
• Active FL license and current DEA registration.
• Outpatient Primary Care experience, 3+ years.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for acute and chronic conditions.
• Deliver preventive visits and health screenings for seniors.
• Develop geriatric-focused individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with nurses, care coordinators, and staff for patient-centered care.
• Use EHR to document encounters and track outcomes.
• Engage in quality improvement and care enhancement.
• Educate patients and families on prevention and lifestyle choices.
