• Active, current, and unrestricted CNA certification in the appropriate state.

Mansioni

• Performs daily nursing care according to patient plans and CNA code.
• Handles laboratory data collection, ensures tests are properly ordered, canceled, and charged.
• Correctly identifies patients to avoid treatment errors.
• Performs blood collections from patients, often older adults.
• Prepares and processes specimens for lab testing.
• Adheres to infection control policies and procedures.
• Communicates with patients and staff professionally, documents information accurately.
• Manages laboratory supplies and keeps work areas clean and stocked.
• Maintains confidentiality of information and follows safety/regulatory requirements.
