Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking a Full Time Advanced Practice Provider (nurse practitioner or physician assistant) for our Grand Islander Center in Middletown, RI. The position offers 32-40 hours per week with a base salary of $116,000–$133,000 and an incentive program, with no on-call or weekend requirements.

The role involves providing primary and urgent care to nursing center residents, collaborating with leadership and medical staff to meet center goals while advancing post-acute and long-term

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; RN licensed; NP certified with a Master's in Nursing and Older Adult and/or Family NP track.
• PA must have ARC-PA accredited program; pass PANCE; state licensure and NCCPA certification.
• Two years of adult/geriatric patient care experience preferred; DEA license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate on-site with Center Leadership and Medical Director.
