Job summary

Engage Senior Therapy, a proud member of Fusion Physical Therapy Partners, is hiring a per diem Speech-Language Pathologist to work with a geriatric population in Rye, NH. You will assess and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders through one-on-one sessions in a flexible setting that values your clinical expertise.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active or pending SLP license.
• Strong interest or experience in geriatric care.
• Skilled in communication, interpersonal relationships, and patient engagement.
• Committed to evidence-based, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs.
• Provide care with a high level of independence in assisted living communities, while supported by the Engage team.
• Provide patient and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
• Accurately document care using EMR in compliance with state and facility standards.
