Job summary

Fusion Physical Therapy Partners, in partnership with Engage Senior Therapy, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist focused on geriatric care to join our network in Bedford and Manchester, NH. You will assess, treat, and manage speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in older adults, delivering one-on-one services in assisted living settings.

You’ll operate with clinical autonomy while receiving team support, enabling personalized care across diverse facilities and patient needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active or pending SLP license.
• Strong interest or experience in geriatric care.
• Skilled in communication and patient engagement.
• Evidence-based, high-quality care.
• Committed to learning, growing, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide care with independence in assisted living communities with team support.
• Educate patients and caregivers to support therapy goals.
• Document care using EMR per state and facility standards.
