You will provide comprehensive speech therapy services, track progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services to improve communication, cognition, swallowing function, and quality of life.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans based on rehabilitation needs.
