Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to empower adults and seniors through compassionate, patient-centered therapy. You will deliver speech therapy to the adult/geriatric population, collaborate with care teams and monitor progress to achieve meaningful communication outcomes.

Qualifications

• When licensed, practice as an SLP delivering patient-centered care.
• Experience or interest in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Commitment to improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services that improve communication, cognition, swallowing function and overall quality of life
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs
