Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered therapy. Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the practice state.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services to improve communication, cognition, swallowing and quality of life.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
