Therapy Management Corporation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered therapy. You will deliver individualized care, monitor progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve communication and quality of life.

The role offers flexible scheduling, clinical autonomy, and opportunities for growth within a clinician-driven environment. A sign-on bonus up to $8,000 is available.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services that improve communication, cognition, swallowing function and overall quality of life.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs.
