Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist required or pending licensure within 12 months.

Aufgaben

• Deliver clinic and bedside speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive therapies with the care team.
• Conduct swallowing evaluations including FEES and design tailored treatment plans.
• Perform home and care facility visits, participate in daily IDT meetings, educate caregivers on care plans.
• Advocate compassionately for older adults, specializing in advanced dementia.
