Job summary

American Senior Communities’ Harrison Terrace in Indianapolis is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our Therapies and Wellness team. This role offers three days per week, a collaborative care environment, and opportunities to build meaningful connections with residents and staff.

You will participate in a structured 9-month mentorship program to grow clinical skills, with a supportive leadership team and a focus on geriatric care, CARE values, and outstanding resident

Qualifications

• Current Indiana SLP licensure (CCC or CFY) is required.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document resident changes.
• Passion for geriatric care and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates CARE values with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and document changes in resident conditions.
• Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to coordinate resident care.
• Provide speech-language pathology services to residents in a team setting.
