American Senior Communities seeks a part-time Speech Language Pathologist to provide skilled therapy across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings in Crawfordsville, Indiana. You will evaluate patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, and contribute to discharge planning and case management.

Join a team of licensed therapists and directors of therapy, working with a variety of senior residents. Establishing strong patient relationships and adhering to state regulations are key aspects of the role.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provides quality patient care
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans
• Develop discharge plans
• Contribute to case management
• Maintain positive level of interaction with patients and center staff
• Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning speech therapy services
