Job summary

The Residence at North Ridge in New Hope, MN is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our rehabilitation nursing team. You will provide total care for residents, monitor conditions, administer medications per physician orders, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure care plans are followed.

You will complete documentation, report changes promptly, maintain HIPAA compliance, and deliver compassionate customer service to residents and families.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Minnesota
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA
• Desire to work with the elderly

Responsibilities

• Provide total resident care, monitor condition, and administer medications per physician orders
• Oversee nursing assistant staff to ensure care plans are followed
• Complete documentation and admit/discharge residents
• Report changes in residents’ condition promptly and maintain HIPAA compliance
