Qualifications

• Must hold RN licensure with the MN Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a LTC or hospital setting

Responsibilities

• Oversee functions, activities and services of all residents and staff on shift.
• Ensure treatments and medications are given as prescribed; maintain resident safety.
• Communicate updates to DON, MDs, families; document incidents and reports.
• Provide ongoing staff education and respond to emergencies; uphold HIPAA compliance
