Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents and monitor their condition.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Oversee nursing assistant staff to ensure care plans.
• Document thoroughly and admit/discharge residents.
• Uphold HIPPA requirements and confidentiality.
