Mission Health: The Residence at North Ridge in New Hope, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate rehabilitation team. You will deliver total resident care, monitor conditions, administer meds per orders, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure care plans are followed.

Qualifications

• RN licensure with the MN Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents, monitoring their condition and needs and following physician orders for medications and treatments.
• Oversee nursing assistant staff to ensure care plans are followed and documentation is accurate.
• Complete admission and discharge documentation and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all resident information and interactions.
