Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise therapy staff. The role emphasizes care for adult and geriatric patients within Mercy’s mission and standards.

The position requires a PT degree and active licensure, BLS certification, and a willingness to work under the supervision of Therapy Leadership. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
• Current/Temporary Physical Therapy license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required and current.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and supervise rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants.
• Act in accordance with Mercy mission, values and service standards.
