Job summary

Anberry Post Acute is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide and direct comprehensive patient care in a skilled nursing setting. The role involves evaluation, treatment planning, goal setting, and family education, with documentation in EMR and rehab systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved OT curriculum.
• Current, active OT license.
• CPR Certification for license renewal.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and set goals.
• Provide and direct treatment and education to patients and families.
• Document evaluations and progress notes in EMR and rehab systems.
• Supervise assistants and rehab aides per state/federal guidelines.
• Educate staff and other health professionals on benefits of intervention.
