Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluations initiated per MD orders and payer guidelines.
• Develops treatment plans and provides therapy to achieve best functional outcomes.
• Educates staff and third-party payers on benefits and outcomes of intervention.
• Completes documentation including evaluations and progress notes.
• Enters data into EMR and rehab systems.
• Screens individuals who may benefit from therapy.
• Ensures safety of self, patients and others.
• Supports interdisciplinary care and develops programs.
• Attends continuing education and provides in-service training.
• Directs and supervises assistants and rehab aides.
