Job summary

Stonehenge Richfield is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehab program in Richfield, UT. You'll screen and treat patients with cognitive and ADL disorders, develop plans of care, and coordinate with the health team to support recovery in a post-acute setting.

We welcome OTs at all experience levels, including new graduates, and value CAPLICO-inspired teamwork and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist license is required.
• New grads are welcome and open to all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen/evaluate patients with cognitive/ADL disorders and develop care plans.
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, medically necessary treatment.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, assistive devices.
• Assess progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and refer as needed.
• Offer counseling to patients and families about physical disorders.
• Communicate progress and plans with supervising staff.
• Provide discharge summaries per regulatory requirements.
