Heritage Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare in Roy, UT, is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist for our in-house rehab program. The role involves screening and evaluating patients with physical functioning issues, delivering skilled rehabilitation, and supporting wound care as needed.

Qualifications

• OT license required.
• Open to OTs at all experience levels; new grads welcome.
• Experience in post-acute or geriatric rehab is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary interventions.
• Perform procedures as part of rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques and wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients and families about physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries compliant with regulations.
