Stonehenge Richfield in Utah is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. We value stability, teamwork, and compassionate geriatric care as part of our CAPLICO-inspired culture. The OT will screen, treat, and discharge patients while collaborating with the care team to support recovery and independence.

New grads are welcome; licensure is required. Our benefits package supports ongoing education and professional growth within a post-acute setting.

Formación

• Occupational Therapist license is required.
• Open to Occupational Therapists at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!

Responsabilidades

• Screen/evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders and develop appropriate plan of care.
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment interventions for cognitive/ADL disorders per regulatory requirements.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan (ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, assistive devices).
• Assess progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record per requirements.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services accordingly; refer as needed.
• Provide counseling to patients and families and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Communicate with supervisor and health team about progress, barriers, and plans.
• Provide comprehensive discharge summaries per regulatory requirements.
