Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in recreational therapy or related field.
• Active Recreational Therapist license in good standing.
• Prior geriatrics experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate quality activity programs (entertainment, exercise, relaxation, education).
• Make daily rounds to ensure activities team meets standards and patient needs are met.
• Chart patient progress and behavior in a descriptive, timely manner.
• Escort patients to and from activities and visit patients in rooms as needed.
• Manage and operate within department budget while maintaining service quality.
• Demonstrate patient-first service and maintain confidentiality and compliance.
