Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with geriatrics is preferred.
• Must be able to follow Life Care policies and comply with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and evaluating quality activity programs for patients.
• Chart patient progress and behavior descriptively.
• Escort patients to and from activities and visit patients unable to participate.
