You will evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and deconditioning, developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited PT program.
• Current or eligible for Connecticut State PTA license.
• Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
