TheraDynamics is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Skilled Nursing team. You will evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning, developing individualized plans and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to help patients regain independence.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited PT program is required.
• Current or eligible for Connecticut State PTA license.
• Interest in geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply; mentorship is provided.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in a Skilled Nursing setting recovering from ortho surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and deconditioning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
