Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver geriatric therapy in home and ALF settings in Melbourne, FL. This PRN position offers flexible scheduling, clinical autonomy, and the chance to help residents maintain independence.

You will provide skilled PT treatments under a care plan, document precisely, and collaborate with physicians and the care team. Requires FL PTA license; 2+ years of experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license.
• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation.
