Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide geriatric therapy in home/ALF settings in Boynton Beach, FL. This PRN role offers flexible assignments with compensation of $65 per 4-unit treatment, or $50 for Part B-5 units, with emphasis on independence and aging in place.

Formación

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation.
