Job summary

Benchmark Therapies, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team at Pine Run Village in Doylestown, PA. This role focuses on helping older adults stay active, safe, and independent while delivering patient-centered care.

You’ll work under the direction of a licensed PT, document care using Net Health, and collaborate with residents and colleagues. We offer comprehensive benefits and strong clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Pennsylvania PTA license in good standing.
• Interest in working with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, confidence, and independence.
• Work with residents toward goals meaningful to their daily lives.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans based on each resident’s needs and abilities.
• Encourage residents to stay active and age in place safely.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems.
