Benchmark Therapies, Inc. is seeking Per Diem Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join Pine Run Village in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. You’ll work under the supervision of a licensed OT to help older adults maintain independence in daily activities.

This flexible per-diem role supports a collaborative therapy team and offers the chance to contribute meaningful care while keeping a balanced schedule. A compassionate, team-oriented approach is valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing.
• Interest in working with older adults.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Team-oriented approach to care.
• Per diem availability; no regular monthly coverage requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed OT.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans based on each resident’s needs and goals.
• Help residents maintain independence with dressing, bathing, toileting, grooming, meals and daily activities.
• Use adaptive equipment and environmental modifications as part of the plan of care.
• Support residents in staying as independent and involved in routines as possible.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and care team.
• Communicate resident progress and changes with supervising OT.
• Complete timely documentation using Net Health and facility systems.

Benchmark Therapies is looking for Per Diem Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our team at Pine Run Village in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.

This could be a great fit for a COTA who enjoys working with older adults and wants the flexibility of per diem work while still being part of a supportive, collaborative therapy team.

What You’ll Do

• Provide occupational therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Carry out individualized treatment plans based on each resident’s needs, routines, and personal goals
• Help residents improve or maintain independence with dressing, bathing, toileting, grooming, meals, and other daily activities
• Use and reinforce adaptive equipment, strategies, and environmental modifications as part of the resident’s plan of care
• Support residents in staying as independent and involved in their daily routines as possible
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team
• Communicate resident progress, concerns, and changes in condition with the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems
• Be part of a positive, supportive, and team-focused therapy environment

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing
• A genuine interest in working with older adults
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A thoughtful, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care
• No regular monthly coverage requirement
• Work at least once every six months to remain active
