Benchmark Therapies, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join Green Ridge Village in Newville, PA. You will deliver individualized PT services to residents, focusing on strength, balance, mobility, and independence.

You’ll collaborate with nursing and therapy colleagues in a supportive, resident-centered team that values relationships and thoughtful care. Pennsylvania license required and PTA program graduate.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Pennsylvania PTA license in good standing.
• Genuine interest in working with older adults.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy services based on each resident’s needs and goals.
• Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, confidence, and independence.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Collaborate closely with nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Use clinical judgment to develop thoughtful, resident-centered plans of care.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems.
• Contribute to a supportive, team-focused therapy department.
