Job summary

Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated therapy team. You will provide skilled treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and help residents improve mobility, strength, independence, and overall quality of life.

We offer Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN options in an interdisciplinary setting with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current PTA license in good standing required.
Experience working with the geriatric population preferred.
Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy interventions.
Monitor resident progress and response to treatment.
Communicate changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
Complete required daily documentation and treatment notes.
Participate in resident care plans and interdisciplinary team meetings.
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
