Job summary

Benchmark Therapies is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join Green Ridge Village in Newville, PA. You will provide compassionate, resident-centered physical therapy to older adults and help residents stay strong, mobile, and independent.

You’ll work within a collaborative therapy team, coordinating with nursing and other professionals. The role emphasizes patient-first decision making, clear communication, and meaningful goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Pennsylvania PTA license in good standing.
• Interest in working with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy services based on residents’ needs and goals.
• Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, confidence, and independence.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Collaborate closely with nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Use clinical judgment to develop thoughtful, resident-centered plans of care.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems.
• Contribute to a supportive, team-focused therapy department.
