Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under supervision of Physical Therapist.
• Provide treatment according to goals developed by the PT.
• Provide feedback through documentation as required by facility policy.
• Document patient's progress on weekly progress notes.
• Collaborates with the rehabilitation team to ensure consistent care.
• Perform other duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation.
