Qualifications

• Performs other duties as assigned by Director of Rehabilitation.
• Complies with confidentiality, HIPAA and residents' rights.

Responsibilities

• Carry out best-practice treatments under supervision of the PT.

• Provide feedback to supervising PT via documentation.
